What is CEOs in Schools?
CEOs in Schools connects CEOs and local business leaders with elementary school principals to provide an inside look at the challenges and opportunities facing our schools. During the one-day event, participants engage directly with school leaders, teachers, and students, offering leadership insights, sharing their professional experiences, and learning how they can make a meaningful difference in the education system.
A Day of Service and Leadership
Business leaders spend the day shadowing their principal match, observing classrooms, interacting with students, and participating in discussions with staff. They gain a first-hand understanding of the unique needs of the school, while also sharing their own expertise in leadership and problem-solving.
