CEOs in Schools connects CEOs and local business leaders with elementary school principals to provide an inside look at the challenges and opportunities facing our schools. During the one-day event, participants engage directly with school leaders, teachers, and students, offering leadership insights, sharing their professional experiences, and learning how they can make a meaningful difference in the education system.

Business leaders spend the day shadowing their principal match, observing classrooms, interacting with students, and participating in discussions with staff.
