On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am thrilled to announce that Anna Corman has been appointed as the new President & Chief Executive Officer of Hillsborough Education Foundation (HEF).
The HEF Board of Directors, in collaboration with an external recruitment firm, conducted a thorough search that attracted over 120 inquiries for the CEO position. The HEF Search Committee then carefully evaluated the wide range of highly qualified candidates, and ultimately, Anna was selected as the unanimous choice of the Board of Directors.
Anna has been an integral part of our organization for many years, serving as our Chief Program Officer with dedication, passion, and a relentless commitment to our mission. Her deep understanding of our initiatives, coupled with her exemplary leadership qualities, makes her the ideal candidate to lead HEF into the future.
Throughout her tenure at HEF, Anna has consistently demonstrated her ability to inspire others, foster collaboration, and drive results. Her strategic vision and hands-on approach to leadership have led to numerous successes in advancing our mission of empowering students in their educational journey.
She has a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders, including educators, donors, volunteers, and community leaders. These qualities will be invaluable as we continue to expand HEF’s overall impact.
As we embark on this new era, I have full confidence that HEF will continue to innovate, foster meaningful change, and positively influence the lives of teachers, students, and families across Hillsborough County.
